At Weaver Furniture, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your home purchase. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during the transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large freight items, we will help you coordinate a professional carrier pickup; for smaller accents, simply drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
